Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Return and Refund Policy

We (MeraBestie) pack your every order with love and care. But if in case of, any mistake happens, then we follow a simple and clear process of return and refund policy:- 

Conditions of Returning Items

As per law, we only accept returns when:- 

1. If you have received the wrong product
2. The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
3. The product is missing from the package
4. You have raised a request for return under the 3 days of delivery

What Proof Do We Need

To initiate the return and refund, you have to send us these things:- 

1. Clear photo or video of the product
2. Photo of the outer packaging ( If the product is damaged)
3. Order ID or invoice

Return Window Limit

When Will You Receive the Exchange or Replacement

If the product is defective or damaged, then:- 

1. You will receive the same product replacement
2. If the product is out of stock, then we will provide you full refund or suggest an alternative

How Will You Receive Your Refund

What is not Returnable

We do not return or refund a few things:-

3. Customized or personalized items

Return Shipping Charges

1. If we are in the wrong, (wrong/damaged product), then we will cover the shipping cost.
2. But if the customer is in the wrong or changes his/her mind, then the customer will bear the return courier cost.
